Come meet your local community of wildlife enthusiasts to learn new skills or dive deeper into the field of wildlife tracking, animal behavior, wildlife conservation, and current scientific research in these related areas. Saturday will feature a series of workshops led by field experts in tracking and wildlife conservation. Sunday will get you into the field, putting your new knowledge to the test with support from regional expert guides. 

Keynote Speaker: Dan Gardoqui, co-founder & Executive Director of White Pine Programs. Dan has been studying naturalist skills, wildlife tracking, bird language and mentoring since 1990. He has an M.S. in Natural Resources, is a Certified Wildlife Tracker, Registered Maine Guide and served as Science Faculty at Granite State College for over a decade. Through wildlife tracking, Dan has contributed to wildlife studies and served as science editor for the bird language book “What the Robin Knows.”
